    On Jan 28, 2026 our boiler at Murray Community School wasn’t keeping pressure and as began to look into the problem we opened the door to the crawl space of the school and was it his a steam cloud and the area looked like a rainforest!!! That’s when I called Rainbow Restoration and they came down that day to start the mitigation process. They brought 2 or 3 dehumidifiers to dry the place out as they ran for close to a month. Right before spring break they came back to spray for mold in that crawl space. In that month time we found spots in our hallway that floors were bowing and places in the walls were cracking and the same for a couple classrooms. So after school let out in May Rainbow started the reconstruction process by ripping the floors out in the hallway and 2 classrooms and fixing the hallway walls. That process took pretty much the whole summer till school started in August. Wendy, Sean, Trent and Alex were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about everything that went into the whole process!! I was so very glad they were in on this job as I wouldn’t have had clue were to start but I did know I made the right choice by calling Rainbow Restoration!!! Now our 1st floor hallway and those 2 classrooms look better than ever!!! Thanks Rainbow!!

    We had a pipe burst in our building a month ago, I was so overwhelmed when it happened it flooded everything,I called Alex and his crew at 9am on Saturday morning they assembled a crew and was here within an hour and they didn't mess around they was on top of everything . The crew did an amazing job getting things cleaned up very respectful what was great they followed up for a week making sure everything was attended to. What a great company will definitely use their business in the future again. THANK YOU!!!!

    My basement had flooding last week and Rainbow had techs come within a few hours. Abby and Jason came first and dug in right away to determine where the water had gone and started moving furniture, etc. they were polite, hardworking and answered all my questions. They brought in extra techs, Tanner and AL, to assist and set all the large fans and dehumidifiers up in my basement. They continued to check on the progress daily throughout the weekend and keep me updated. My experience with Rainbow and all the techs was great. I have a large basement and it took a long time to move everything to get it dry. They all took it in stride and moved quickly to mitigate the damage and provided timely communication. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Thanks Abby, Jason, Tanner and AL!

    We had the water fill hose on our toilet break and flooded our house in the middle of the night. Rainbow Restoration was at our house to start clean up in 45 minutes of the phone call, and everyday after until the walls/floors were dry! It was a lengthy process. But Abby and Jason were professional and prompt through it all!
