Ben and his brother-in-law, Randy Wood formed a partnership to start Rainbow Restoration of Little Rock in April 2018. Ben has been happily married to his wife Sheils for 29 years. After work he is involved at church, Immerse Arkansas, and spending time with his family. Ben is passionate about relationships with God, family, employees, customers, vendors and friends. Ben says, “these relationships are treasures that make up the fabric of life”. He loves the excerpt from "People Touch Our Lives" By Lois Cheney. Ben holds a BS in Math from Harding University and an MBA from Mississippi College. His IICRC Restoration Certifications include: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning & EPA - Lead Renovation, Repair & Painting.

Benjamin Shields achieved a B.S. degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration from Harding University. Benjamin started out as a laborer and worked his way into a project manager role at Shields & Associates, Inc. from 2010-2018. In August 2018, Benjamin accepted the role to become the General Manager of Rainbow Restoration of Little Rock. Benjamin is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Cleaning. He provides financial knowledge and leadership to deliver a great product to our customers. Benjamin also volunteers his time as a football coach at Joe T. Robinson High School. Not only does he focus on making them become the best football players they can be, but he also counsels them in any aspects of their life. He is focused on making them the best husbands, fathers, and productive members of society that they can be and preparing them for life after football. Benjamin enjoys hunting, fishing, the outdoors, watching and playing sports, and spending time with family.

Eric Simmons is a proud brother of 4. He attended Harding University as a student-athlete, receiving a degree in Marketing. After graduating, Eric dedicated his time to serving others, helping individuals through the process of making one of the largest investments they may ever make in their life by buying residential real estate. Extending his efforts to impact the community, he joined Rainbow Restoration with his long time friend and teammate Benjamin Shields. Together they plan to reflect a sense of security in what may seem like the worst day or moment of your life.
