Step 2: Water Extraction

Note: Materials that cannot be repaired will be disposed of properly.

Step 3: Dry Excess Moisture

Keep in mind that solely performing water extraction is not enough to fully restore your property. To prevent mold growth, we apply top-grade dryers and dehumidifiers to dry your property and belongings.

Mold starts to grow within 24 to 48 hours of water accumulation, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), so you must start the remediation process as soon as possible.

Step 4: Clean Affected Areas

Lastly, our technicians will thoroughly clean all affected areas, remove any odors, and improve air quality as part of our sanitization protocols to prevent the spread of mold. We will try to salvage as many of your items as we can and restore your property to its pre-damage state.
