Shea Ratzlaff has extensive knowledge in the construction industry as he co-owned a renovation company prior to opening Rainbow. Shea has worked with insurance companies to provide quality customer service and is experienced with all claims protocol, procedures, and KPI's. He is up to date on all new drying and remediation strategies. Certifications include: Subrogation level 1, Applied microbial remediation, Applied structural drying, Fire & Smoke restoration, Odor control, and Water damage restoration. Shea loves his family time with his wife (Nicole), and three daughters and their dog. In his spare time, he enjoys numerous outdoor activities regardless of the season.

Randy Ratzlaff had an enjoyable career working for the city of Saskatoon for 30+ years prior to Rainbow. He has extensive home building and construction knowledge as one of his hobbies has always been renovations and home construction. Certifications Include: Water damage restoration, Odor control, and Fire & Smoke restoration. Randy and his wife Wendy spend much of their spare time with their 5 grandchildren. They love to travel both in Saskatchewan and internationally.
