About Me

Aaron Fischer started his first Rainbow Restoration franchise seventeen years ago in Fredericksburg, Va. He has since bought and sold multiple franchise locations and currently has offices in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, and Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Aaron graduated from University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He worked for the government before transitioning to being a business owner in 2006. He has been married to his wife, Kari, for twenty years and they have three kids (and three dogs!) together. In his free time, Aaron likes to travel, exercise, and play golf. His passion for building leaders is evident in his commitment to mentoring them to help them reach their personal, professional, and financial goals.
