Rainbow Restoration of Savannah – Hilton Head has invested in two specialized drying systems that allow us to successfully dry structures in a manner that other restoration companies in the area simply can’t duplicate.
The TES is a propane-fueled water damage restoration system that uses controlled heat and air flow to produce high-speed evaporation, which dramatically improves drying. A heated glycol solution is pumped into drying units that exhaust hot air. A thermostat is used to control the temperature so no damage occurs to items such as wax toilet rings, etc.
This system is often used in crawl spaces to dry materials from underneath, which is helpful when a structure has ceramic tile or other flooring that can’t be dried from above. It can also be used in unoccupied properties.
