    Camden was incredible. A pro's pro! A real gentleman and Rainbow is lucky to have him. Our house had a major water leak that affected 2 floors. Camden quickly identified the problem and worked for several days to dry everything and make sure all was back in order. We cannot thank Camden and Rainbow enough.

    Great experience. Called late on a Friday night after our water heater failed and flooded our entire finished basement. Donald came out the next morning and stayed late to get the job done. The air movers and dehumidifiers they left were top of the line and dried the area very quickly. Great communication throughout the process and very professional. I’m glad I called Rainbow and highly recommend. They work directly with your insurance company to be paid and provide all documentation and photos.

    I used Rainbow to clean up and get all of the water out of my basement from a flood. Every person that I spoke to whether it was on the phone through a text or in person was very polite and kind. They answered any questions that I had they were quick to come and handle my problem and they were in and out of here very quickly. I also got a phone call every day just to check on me to make sure I didn't need them for anything. They did an incredible job and my basement looks better now than it did before it flooded. They also went above and beyond for a few things to help me out that wasn't required of them to do. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

    Unfortunately we experienced basement flooding that required repairs. Rainbow Restoration was selected to pack up all our furnishings, store them until work could be accomplished and then return the furnishings once the job was done. All members of their team took extraordinary care of our belongings wrapping them with exceptional attention to detail. The pack out process was prompt and effortless. When the construction work was completed they took just as much care returning the items and placing them exactly where they belonged. I could not say enough good things about their customer service personnel as well as their packing technicians. I would definitely use Rainbow Restoration again and highly recommend them.
