Rainbow is fantastic! James and Cameron showed up on the day of our business loss/fire. Their team was literally boarding up a multi-story office before the smoldering was complete. I can't say enough about the pleasant experience we had recently with Rainbow International of Paducah. We had a bathroom floor problem that was eventually determined to be caused by a water leak. Our experience with Rainbow started with the Manager Cameron who immediately got the process of addressing the problem started. He sent Luther to our home, who used his state of the art instruments and expertise to find the source of the leak and needed corrective action. He took his findings back to Cameron who then had plans drawn up to have the problem fixed and repairs to be made. Needed communication between Cameron and I past that point was normally electronic which we preferred. During the interim, Cameron was also very instrumental in meeting personally with our insurance company to provide explanation and documentation concerning the problem with and needed repairs to our bathroom. The repair work was started immediately by Blake and Jamie. The repairs took considerable time, but there were no unnecessary delays to be dealt with at all. The final work of laying the new floor was then completed by Eric, the lead carpenter, and Blake. They did an outstanding job of completing the work, and everything in the bath is back in order and beautiful again. We had a coupler coming off the water heater to come loose. Woke up at 5:30am to around 1100 gallons of water in our home. We immediately started bailing water and called the insurance adjuster. I got Rainbow’s name from my coworker, called and spoke with Cameron who immediately got us going. Luther and his crew were here within an hour. The whole crew were wonderful. They had a dehumidifier going that first day and the next we had fans and the coolest contraption that dried the inside of our walls. From start to finish the job was done quickly and professionally. Really can’t say enough good things about this company. We highly recommend giving them a call if you ever have a water issue.
