To people living in small apartments in the NY area, buying a "get away" house in the poconos is a dream come true- having a couple bedrooms, baths , a very reasonable price, not too far away with mostly decent roads and of course- the star is nature's beauty. However, many of these houses were cheaply built and therefore if not a primary home, any sudden leak or ongoing moisture can lead to a mold problem very quickly. I wish I had known Erwin at Rainbow Restoration before my mold issues popped up. He took his time and used his many years of knowledge about the area to give me solutions to keep mold away once it had been remediated. He also asked the common sense questions-to ascertain the amount of money we could and wanted to spend. I imagine major companies are fine and can do excellent work. However, I felt I had a wise uncle who explained my options and was watching out for me during a stressful time!

After a major flood in our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. From the moment they arrived, they brought not only expertise, but also reassurance during an incredibly stressful time. A special thank you to Matt, Marcos, Cruise, Gabriel, and Oscar. Every member of the team was exceptional. They responded quickly, immediately got to work extracting water, carefully removed damaged flooring, drywall, insulation, and other affected materials, set up industrial drying equipment, and continuously monitored moisture levels to make sure our home was drying properly. Their attention to detail and commitment to preventing further damage gave us tremendous peace of mind. What truly stood out was their professionalism and compassion.
